The hygienist was extremely rude and had no bedside manner whatsoever. I felt I was treated as a child and not respected as the adult I am. Almost denied my basic cleaning and tried to up sell me to do unnecessary things that were not needed and informed me that she knows better than the dentist when it comes to gum health. My mother is a patient at this current location and recommended me go and from this experience I will not be back. I paid out of pocket for my service and wish I wouldn't have. I am unsatisfied with my service and treatment.

I had an outstanding experience at Sage Dental, 551 N Federal hwy Fort Lauderdale and I especially want to recognize DARYA VRONSKA, the office manager, and Renee at the front desk. Darya went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything possible to ensure a smooth experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a real difference, and I am truly grateful for everything she did. A special thank you as well to Renee for always being welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. It's wonderful to find a team that truly cares about their patients. Thank you both for your exceptional service!

Crooks! Our experience with Sage Dental has been incredibly frustrating. Every visit seems to involve being sold additional treatments, products, or services that result in a routine cleaning covered by insurance turning into a $100–$200 bill. The office is filled with advertisements and promotions, and it often feels like upselling takes priority over patient care. What really pushed us to look elsewhere happened today. My husband scheduled a routine cleaning and arrived on time. He waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 15 minutes in the chair before anyone addressed him. He was then told he needed a "deep cleaning." He explained that if the deep cleaning wasn't covered by insurance, he simply wanted the regular cleaning he had originally scheduled and that his insurance covers. He was told the deep cleaning was not covered by insurance, but they also refused to perform the regular cleaning that he came in for. Somehow the only option was an uncovered procedure, and no cleaning could be done otherwise. That made absolutely no sense to us. It was $275 per quadrant! They were thrilled when it was turned down and that they no longer had to do the regular cleaning, most

I'm so happy with my new dentist and dental office. From the minute you walk in you're greeted by Renee, who has the most welcoming personality, felt like I've known her for years. Jackie is the one who did my xrays and we had the bestest time talking, laughing, she immediately calmed my anxiety, and explained all the services, cost, payment plan, etc. She is a doll. Then I met with Yoel, also a sweetheart, he did my crown and again, was such a joy to work with and so patient. Khia did my deep cleaning and OMG- she is fantastic. It did NOT hurt like I thought it would. She played music for me to help with my anxiety and even gave me a blanket so I can be comfortable AND tucked me in so I wouldn't be cold 🥹❤️ She is FANTASTIC. Then I met with my dentist- Dr. Mubarik- I LOVE HER already. She is kind, patient, funny, so hospitable and also fun. She helped me calm down and trust her, and she was right- the needles I was sooooo afraid of did NOT hurt with her. Thank GOD. At check out, Claudie helped explain my cost, answered all of my questions and even had the woman from billing come out and explain it to mee too when I got a little confused. The staff there are so wonderful and I wouldn’t change location for nothing in the world. I’ve been taking my mother there for some few years now and she has dementia. Renee at the front desk is so good to my mom. My mom hygienist Marietta Eisgrou is amazing and has the most compassion towards my mom. Which I know it’s not easy to deal with patient like my mom. I would recommend her to anyone and also the Doctors there are super nice. I just feel welcome and at ease of taking my mom to that particular location.
